2011 Creative weekends in the footsteps of French Riviera artists -

Published 2010/12/24

You discover French Riviera through Picasso and Peynet's works and then it's your turn to be the artist, decorating your own ceramics.
During your stay, you will visit Picasso museum in Antibes. The museum shows an important collection of Picasso's work including pieces of ceramics. If you choose Peynet weekend you will visit its museum. Peynet is very famous for having painted «Les amoureux» : the lovers... Peynet creative weekend is the perfect short break to share a nice moment with your lover, especially for Valentine's Day.
You will also discover Antibes old town, its ramparts and its fort. Antibes is a really nice city located between Cannes and Monaco. You can visit Biot nearby, famous for its potteries and ceramics.
One of the most enjoyable aspect of your stay is that you will practice a very fun activity : ceramic decorating, a creative course with no skills required. Famous artists like Picasso had a passion for ceramic. This stay gives you the opportunity to walk in their footsteps.
You choose your pieces and your colours and then you paint your ceramic. Our ceramicist and decorator helps you to create your personalized decoration.
